L2 Pedagogy Workshops
Learn from fellow educators in the Second Language Teaching community
Join us for a day of moderated group discussions on topics tied to this year's theme of "Intersections & Crossings." After a keynote address from Dr. Cindy McPhail of Nazareth College, participants will engage in hour-long "roundtable" discussions with topics chosen by moderators. All participants will be encouraged to share their own thoughts and experiences. Breakfast and lunch will be provided. Registration is free of charge but required by Sunday, February 14th.
OUR SPEAKER: Dr. Cindy McPhail
A University at Buffalo alumna, Dr. McPhail is a Professsor and the Director of TESOL Certifications Programs and the Bilingual Extension Program. Her teaching and research interests include TESOL, language acquisition, bilingual education, elementary education, reading fluency and English language learners. She will deliver the keynote address for this year's L2 Pedagogy Workshops.
